These terms apply when you use soirrecords.com and its pages, including our demo form, newsletter, artist portal and agreement signing pages. The site is run by Soir Records (Soir Music Group), an independent record label. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The music, artwork, photos, videos, texts, logos and the Soir Records name on this site belong to Soir Records, our artists or our partners. You are welcome to listen, watch and share links to our pages. You may not copy, download, re-upload, sell or otherwise use our content or brand without our written permission.

When you send us a demo you confirm that the music is your own original work, or that you have the permission of every co-writer, producer and rights holder, and that any samples are cleared.

Sending a demo does not transfer any rights to us and does not create an agreement. You keep full ownership of your music until a release agreement is signed by both sides. We listen to every demo, but we cannot promise to sign or release it.

We receive a lot of music and often work on ideas of our own. If we release something similar to a demo you sent, that alone does not mean your demo was used.

Every release on Soir Records is covered by its own written agreement. If anything on this site differs from a signed agreement, the agreement always wins.

Links to your artist portal, forms and signing pages are personal. Please keep them private and do not share them with others. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has your link.

If you join the Soir Insider newsletter we will send you news about our releases and artists. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email or by writing to us.

Our site links to and shows content from services such as Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud and Instagram. Those services have their own terms and privacy rules, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and online, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise that it will always be available, complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using the site or by relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
