Privacy Policy.

Soir Records (Soir Music Group) is an independent record label. This policy explains what personal data we collect through soirrecords.com, our demo and artist forms, our agreement signing pages and our internal tools, and how we use it. Contact: info@soirrecords.com.

Demo submissions: your artist name, email address, links to your music and any message you send.

Signed artists: the details you give in our Artist Details Form, such as legal name, contact details, social and streaming profiles, track information, songwriter and ownership splits, and the payment details needed to pay royalties.

Agreements: when you sign an agreement on our signing page we store the signed document, your typed signature, the time of signing, your IP address and browser information as a record of the signature.

Website visitors: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. Our own small counter records page views, the site or network you came from, your device type and a random visitor number we keep in your browser — never your name, and we do not store your IP address. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. We do not sell data. If we ever start a paid advertising campaign, this page will name the advertising tool before it begins.

Newsletter (release list): if you join our newsletter we store your email address, the page you signed up from and the date. We use it only to send you news about Soir Records releases and artists. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and writing to us is enough to be removed from the list.

We use this data only to review demos, prepare and manage release agreements, distribute and promote releases, send news about our releases to the people who asked for it, pay royalties and send account statements, and reply to you. We do not sell personal data.

Our internal tools use Google APIs (Google Drive, Google Sheets and the YouTube Data API) only to manage our own files and to upload and schedule videos on our own YouTube channel. These tools do not access data of other YouTube users.

By watching our videos you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke any access you have granted to our apps at Google security settings.

Data is stored in our Google Workspace and hosting accounts. We share it only with service providers we need to release music (for example our distributor and payment providers) or when the law requires it.

We keep artist and agreement records for as long as the agreement and our legal obligations require. Demo submissions that we do not sign are deleted on request. Newsletter addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe, and are then removed.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@soirrecords.com. We reply within 30 days.
